In the Fall of 2017, two senior partners (Greg Pantelic, CEO and Founder) and Martin Strazovec, EVP, Chief Creative Officer) and an intern (Kaitlyn Ho, now Marketing Associate), set out to bring an idea to life. Knowing consumers would be lost in a sea of new brands upon legalization, they wanted to bring manageable choice to the marketplace in the form of a variety pack. AHLOT was a company with no cultivation license, no sales license, no supply chain relationships – no legal means of operating within the system whatsoever.
About a year later, the AHLOT Cannabis Collections™, a product with 5 competitors' samples side-by-side in the same box, was available for sale in Ontario.
